Sessions are usually 60mins either face to face, via skype or on the telephone.
However, these can vary according to the need, some clients are suited to 90mins or 120min sessions.
Duration of time spent coaching, depends on client needs and availability. I always suggest a course of 4 to 12 sessions. However, a one-off, single session maybe just as viable.
The fee is £80 per hour including some notes but will be discussed in detail during consultation.
As a coach, I also reserve time for non-paid carers and students – at reduced rates. I believe coaching is a tool for self-care and change which should be available to all – no-one should feel excluded, because of finances or a lack of social mobility. Please get in touch and we will discuss how we can move forward at a fee that is affordable to you.
An initial 20minute consultation face to face or over skype is offered, free of charge – this way questions & answers, relationship and rapport can be established before paid sessions start. There is no obligation after this to continue if you feel we are not a fit, of course.
It’s so important to find the right coach for you – according to research conducted by Lambert et al, 70 percent of success hinges on the relationship between coach-therapist and client and motivation for change & 30 percent on techniques used.
I require 48 hours, notice for cancellations. If this is not received then I will charge for the time allocation. Payment is made before each session.
My work with clients is confidential – I consult with a coach supervisor to ensure my coaching is effective, ethical and fair. Both myself and my supervisor adhere to an ethical framework prescribed by the BACP and the ICF (International Coach Federation)
This gives clients complete transparency of my services as well as reassurance I am trustworthy and work to a professional standard – this includes professional private insurance.
