Benefits

I offer two different types of coaching, personal development coaching and couples coaching.

This focuses on personal & work life goals, self-care, self-awareness, self-confidence, personal and relationship struggles – with yourself and/or others. And can cover situations, involving conflict, bullying, fears, body image, anxiety, uncertainty, confidence, leadership, goal-setting, communication, unhappiness and confusion.

For people who are in crises. From a crisis in the workplace, being fired, being bullied, being overlooked or being unhappy to a crisis of confidence with life, yourself, those you love or people you want a better relationship with.

A crisis is a need for change – seeking help to make this change, is where a coach can support your goals.

For people who are ready for change. From a leap of faith to begin something new, a new relationship or an ending of life situation to those who are searching for leadership qualities, people who wish to boost their confidence or for those of us who need to go that extra mile. Having a coach to support you in this change can provide you with the motivation that’s needed to transform your story.

For people who are looking for self-improvement and awareness. From a desire to enhance communication in all relationships, to enjoy and understand your-self, to feel at ease in intimidating situations to people who are seeking more tools to deal with their own mind-chatter, for those wishing to make a difference to themselves and others and to continually grow and expand in their life skills of resilience and empathy.

Of course, many of us are somewhere in between or in all three stages at any one point in our lives. But the breakdown above gives you an idea of what could be involved. By having personal development coaching, you will embrace and master this transformational process of change, both internally and externally.

Please note that I offer discounted places for non-paid carers and students who need help with their self-esteem, self-care, fears around the future, exhaustion and coping with difficult relationships.

This focuses on coaching couples before issues become polarised, a way to maintain the already healthy relationship before any major changes/life events take place or when a specific dilemma requires an agreeable resolution.

The idea of coaching is to help prepare a couple for those stressful times before the event – being mindful of each other’s needs and that of the relationship helps to prevent major conflicts or disagreements.

Often, we think we are okay until an event happens, such as a new job, getting married, moving in together, death of a loved one, moving home or the birth of a child. If you are at any of these stages or feel they are approaching, and would like some extra tools and guidance as to how to deal with them, then relationship couples coaching can help. Entering into a long-term commitment, such as marriage can be daunting as well as exciting. Coaching can help couples navigate these fears and expectations so the transition is made more smoothly.

Are you a couple that argues a lot or not at all? How do you deal with differences? Sometimes, when we have different ideas about the way our children should be brought up for example, it can create conflict in our relationship. Some couples remain stuck in a pattern of arguing over the same point repetitively and some couples avoid it altogether, doing what the other wants but resenting it. How a couple deals with difference and conflict can be the key to a secure and healthy relationship or an insecure and unhealthy relationshi

Couples coaching is a way to maintain your already healthy relationship – it’s like having regular massages – it’s soothing, relaxing and you learn to let go of areas of stress.

However, there are times when couples need extra help facing dilemmas, challenges or new life stages, such as starting a new family, where coaching can be used for guidance and offer supportive tools.

Why wait for a crisis? Coaching can prevent and prepare you for these life challenges before they get out of hand.
